Melodies unfold and colours shift as I tell the story of imaginary spaces that whisper from nearby and far away places. At times I am transforming the sources from acoustic instruments to synthesizers, or just manipulating voltages live to capture a certain spontaneity in the studio. Abstraction is an algorithm that affects everything I do. I sometimes work so quickly that I have completed something without even realizing it, and this was certainly the case with Above Inlets. I become transfixed by the processes that are happening, finally reaching sounds that cause me to go deeper into my own personal experience.
